TCP and RTP configuration (compilation)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configuration for a PBX using TCP Protocole
2. Configuration of RTP Port like 20000 to 40000
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
By default the protocol is UDP and the port RTP is 4000

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Siphon 2.3 with PJsip 1.6 on 3GS ios 4.3 no jailbreak

Hi, I would like to configurate the TCP protocol for the conection to the PBX, 
i saw on a old issue to use that : 

define the proxy field with:
sip_server;lr;transport=TCP

I tryed it and I got conexion error adding this code on proxy field.
other solution ? maybe easier to hardcode ?

Also how to configurate RTP like from port 20000 to 40000, on default setting 
is 4000.
