Add diagnostic logs to SnapshotStore

Add diagnostic logs to SnapshotStore: SnapshotStore logs DEBUG messages when:

• It starts.
• It attempts to save EntitySnapshot.
• It succeeded in save of EntitySnapshot.
• It attempts to save EntitySnapshot as an Akka Persistence snapshot.
• It stops when it is inactive.
