Description

Add compatibility with PHP 8.2

remove compatibility with php 7.4
remove compatibility with illuminate packages 5.4, 6.0, 7.0 and 8.0
remove compatibility with mongodb 3.6, 4.0 and 4.2
add compatibility with illuminate packages 9.0 and 10.0
bump php container to version 8.0
bump xdebug to version 3.2.1
