Command to open planus.jar #10

Since the file name is "CS2103T-T12-3.PlaNus.jar" instead, users that copied and paste the command from the user documentation will not be able to open the application as the file name is different.

This is not in scope of the bug. The jar file name is modified by the module coordinators.
