I don't know if any changes have been made to the starbase since this was put 
up, but
I successfully built the fed starbase with no crashes or errors of any sort. 
I'll
look into other buildings to be on the safe side.

Could not get anything with the feds to crash whether it be buildings, ships or
abilities. Expanding the search.
