Federation starbase sometimes use Advent model and sometimes Federation
model when deployed

Has anyone else seen this?  I haven't, even with several dozen builds.  That 
seems
like it should be a local error, since the mesh model is pretty specific.

Might be due to the sync thing?
What should I have to do to find out if it's local?

Wait, I think I found the problem: According to the .entity file for the Fed
Starbase, if you build a Fed Starbase and then you upgrade the trade abilities, 
the
model will switch to the Advent model.

This is easily fixed.  I have put the fixed version in the "ready to import" 
folder
(under beta-tester).
