Seems Fed Akira/Intrepid balance is wrong. Akira requires 1 fewer station
to build (3 vs. 4), has more special abilities, does more damage, and have
more HP and SP.
Maybe differences in armor justify this, but since this mod mostly relies
on shields, I don't see why it makes sense to build Intrepids, other than
lower credit costs, and that's not usually what limits production
(supply/metal/crystal in my experience).
