entity.manifest number of entries is light again #157

Once again, the Romulan Starbase causes a crash.  Fortunately, since I
already know why from the last time, it's a simple fix.

The number of .entity files has again gone up.  Per my last count, the
number should go up to 1292.  This prevented the minidump.  I have put a
fixed manifest in the ready to upload file.

Incidentally, when beta testing for the SOGE mod, I noticed that setting
the counter in the entity.manifest to FAR above (like, several hundred or a
thousand) the real number has no ill consequences I could detect.  Any good
programmer would have dispensed with the silly "counter up front" method IC
used, since it is prone to error, but I guess not everyone hates those
errors as much as I do.  (frickin' loops aren't THAT hard to program)

Using a program with a line count and checking it when you merge a bunch of 
updated
manifests will prevent any thinking requirements to fix such problems.
