Fed Capital ability Energy Absorb is Over- powered.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Build fed Galaxy or Nebula vessel
2.upgrade the energy absorb ability too max
3.You are now INVINCIBLE :-)

The problem is simply that the shield mitigation goes over 100% and for 
the nebula it reaches 130%.  Just thought I'd let you know :-)

I am using Entrentchment with SOA2E and XP is my operating system.

for anyone reading this who wants a quick fix B4 the next release you need 
to open the file Buffenergyabsorb, and reduce the shield mitigation 
values, I've set mine at 0.15, 0.25, and 0.4 respectively

Also Ive been following your MOD for a while now and I just want say 
thanks very much I'm enjoying it alot.  

If your still looking for ability ideas how about damage- caused, 
temporarily increases hull regen or armour for the Borg, also I'd love to 
see the excelsior module changed to the lakota when the upgrade is 
researched ( don't know if thats possible but ill look into it myself.).
