Supply Rebates for destroyed ships

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.During battle, I seem to be getting my fleet supply points back for
destroyed ships.  
2.http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tlAd1FOpWGw     As the Unicomplex destroys
my ships, watch my fleet supply go up.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? I would expect as I
lost ships, the fleet supply points would be gone.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?SOA2
0.4.2E XP Pro

This is standard throughout sins, whether running a mod or not. Those points 
simply 
show how many ships you can support at a time, once those ships are gone your 
empire 
can support more ships since the destroyed ones are no longer a drain on the 
economy.

Thanks...  funny of all the times I have played Sins, I have never noticed 
that. 
Seen now that comes back with capital ship crews too.
