Couple of Klink research errors #215

Two Klink research errors:

1. The D-12 requires no research to unlock (despite having a specific icon).  
This is quite unfair, since it does a lot of damage early on and costs 
virtually nothing.

2. The Neg'Var research tree is wrong - when you try to build it, it tells you 
that the Bird-of-Death is a prerequisite research, even though it's not shown 
on the research tree.

Lemme know if you want me to fix this, since I haven't been modding for the 
team in a while
