Can Play only with Borg, any other races wont fighht!!! They just fly off the Planet!! #226

I have an odd bug, any fraction exept the borg. I cant play because my ships 
wont fight , they just fly off the gravity well and dont fight, onbly with the 
Borg I can play well!

  Any other race dosent fight, my capital ships just fly away off the planet..

The last one. entrnchent 1.051,. I have windows 7 64 bit

i would love to play domoniuopn or federation, but it is impossible...  ;_(

yeah. i'm using win XP SP3 and dip 1.32 and i've had opponents fly off the 
planet, but they come back when i build something or if i have a colony frigate 
in the system. then i get to blow it away with some supporting frigates. But it 
a kinda neat and strange strategy of the AI to lure the combatant ships off the 
planetary map.
