Minidump when starts Sins of a Solar Empire with Mod enabled.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open sins
2. Enable Mod
3. Close Sins
4. Start Sins, when loading it Minidumps. 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Minidump opens and save then closes Sins.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Sins Diplomacy version 1.21

Please provide any additional information below.
Only happens when starting the game.
