Minidump's continually ocuring. #235

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.continued gameplay.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
sins diplomacy - 1.31
 SOA2 - http://www.moddb.com/mods/star-trek-sacrifice-of-angels-2/downloads/soa2-13-update

Windows 7 home edition 64 bit 

Please provide any additional information below.

No matter what faction or setings i change i will periodicly have minidumps 
sometiems it is when clicking special abilitys , zooming out to the galaxy view 
clicking research or when i am simply sitting watching the a battle unfold and 
i attempt to re create the events but no minidump it apears to jsut be totally 
random.
