Pacts worded incorrectly.... #238

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.As Feds I made a pact with Klingons
And it stated
Klingon Tech
Share tech and assets with the Dominion?
I seen a few other seemingly misquoted in the pact section.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
ver.5d    xp op

These are worded correctly.
The Klingons have three pacts, only one of them is of interest to you, and will 
say in it's description that it's for the Federation.
