Planet list #244

What steps will reproduce the problem?

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The planet list on the left disappears. If i click a planet then that planet 
and it's details appear on the left however it disappears again when i click 
off of it.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Diplomacy 1.34 and the version of SOA that corresponds to that version.
Windows 7

Please provide any additional information below.
I'm unsure if this is an issue with the mod of the game it'self however i 
haven't found any other instances of the issue in either the Sins forums or the 
SOA forums.
