Klink Travel Speed Between Planets Faster Than Fed

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Use any Klingon ship to travel between the planets.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Somewhat similar speed, if not Fed faster.  Klingons are faster.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SoaSE Entrenchment v1.03, SOA2 v0.3e.1, Windows Vista Media Edition.

Please provide any additional information below.
If both Federation ship and Klingon ship leave from one planet to the next,
Klingon ship can leave, turn around and return, and then turn around and
get halfway back before Fed ship even reachs the intended grav well.  I
don't know if this is intentional, but if anything wouldn't Federation be
faster?  I have been looking through Memory Alpha and ship speeds seem to
be somewhat similar between the races, so I don't know if you want to keep
it this way or not but I just thought I would bring it to your guys attention.

we'll need to tone down the differences between the two, there is only suppose 
to be a
