Typos in the English String

While playing I found some typos in the tech trees, so I decided to go
through the English string and correct all the ones I could find.  I didn't
know whether you were leaving commas in front of all of your instances
where you used "and" (though that is not APA styling, I can't say it is
wrong), and I didn't put periods at the end of every sentence, or change
instances of Run-on sentences, because I didn't know for sure whether you
wanted these changes or not.  I am submitting all changes in String file
format, and as you know, all changes can be found in the English string file.

Sorry, the first one I submitted still had typos, so I am resubmiting it.  I 
kept
armour spelled armour, since that is the English way of spelling it (American is
armor), and I am sure Loki has a say in this stuff, so here you go again!
