Klingon Starbases Shields do not Encompass Entire Starbase

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Build Klingon Starbase
2.When fired upon, see how shields only encompass central area rather than
entire structure.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Shields to surround entire station.  Shields around only center portion of
station.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SoaSE Entrenchment v1.03, SOA2 v0.3e.1, Windows Vista Media Edition

Please provide any additional information below.
I guess it could be mentioned that enemy ships only target the central area
anyways rather than the entire station, but it should actually cover the
entire thing (I think?).
