Apply DLEQ proofs to BlindSignatures and Verification function for testing. Other fixes:

Fix bug on key generation. when derivation key value would exceed 32bits it would just use the top value this would lead to repeated keys change to use index of list of amounts intead of the values of the actual amounts.
Fixed expiration on lightning mock invoice
