Spamming sound #23

Multiple people spamming !sound caused the bot to bug Got stuck in VC then 

@Bjartmar, An error occurred while running the command: Error [VOICE_CONNECTION_TIMEOUT]: Connection not established within 15 seconds.
You shouldn't ever receive an error like this.
