Webperf module improvement

• Save data in json file
• Display in summary*
• Summary charts with n3-charts
• not load module if start with "." (.DS_Store)
• Use json ./module/current/webperf.json at launch
• Use backup if no current webperf ./module/backup/webperf-1.json
