Add FLT_EPSILON to array_interpolate_spline. #309

This presumably fixes #204.

Does anyone still have a reproducible local environment to test this (@VMBoehm)? If this approach works, then we can add it too all variants.

This works for me! Also fixes a memory leak issue when working with the Planck Likelihood Code. Thanks.
