Why the density perturbations of matter and CDM grow but in the negative direction? #516

We know they should grow in positive direction, but when I run explanatory.ini and plot the delta_b, delta_r and delta_cdm, they decrease with tau/scale factor/time. Can you please tell me why is it happening? It should grow as logarithmic and t^(2/3) at right places but its not. Also can you please tell me exactly which file should I see for the differential equations and their code for solution? Thanks
