Wrong parameters in pre files #533

It seems that the precision parameters tol_perturb_integration and perturb_sampling_stepsize present in previous versions have been renamed to tol_perturbations_integration and perturbations_sampling_stepsize. The precision files pk_ref.pre and cl_ref.pre still use the previous name of the parameters, which leaves the actual parameters at their default value while the user may be under the impression that they have been modified to higher precision value.

I just realized the same is true for recfast_Nz0, which has been renamed to thermo_Nz_lin.

Is there an index of old vs updated parameters? Currently grappling with the issue @jorgefsoriano just mentioned
