Version 0.2.2 has not been published on npm #4

https://www.npmjs.com/package/sqs-huge-message only has version 0.2.1 published, which has an invalid path for its main property in package.json

This was fixed in https://github.com/lesimoes/sqs-huge-message/pull/2 but this newer version has not been published to npm
