考虑添加对手动镜头的适配 #80

很多手动镜头或转接镜头不能写入 exif 信息，导致对应位置信息缺失。

能否考虑参考 lenstagger （namethatlens）思路，添加手动设置镜头相关参数的功能，以提高通用适配能力。

反馈，隐私模式关了没用，此外批量下载很卡顿，相机型号、日期后面会有空白占位符

手动镜头可以考虑用自定义信息，或者“默认镜头”，缺少镜头信息默认显示xxx，在 config.yaml 里可以设置
