Since there's been no movement on this, and there seems to be no community expertise in Rhino, to the degree it can be supported, I'm recommending we remove it. At a later date, I'd suggest someone could make a separate less-rhino repo.

I don't think we have anyone on the core team who works with Rhino (unless I'm mistaken), and with the 3.0 changes, I'm pretty sure it's out of sync, but I'm not sure if there are tests / tools to test it. I think a lot of less-rhino was unfortunately copy / pasted from lessc rather than abstracted.
I also see code to make distributables for less-rhino, but it's not on the main distributable task. So I'm not sure what to do with it.
Input or knowledge about less-rhino would be helpful.
