Releasing / repo owner #26

I'm sure you've all seen this, but does anyone feel compelled to step up to the plate and own releasing?

Probable we need to put this right into the main readme.txt? I guess none of the vanilla team will, so the project is about to look for anyone... (me will be hanging around for a while for sure, but w/o doing any coding at all in foreseeable future - for the moment I don't even have node.js installed in any of the machines I use on a daily basis :(.
