This ticket is to enable PUDO user to mark a parcel to be "delivered" without having an App installed, but from a Web Interface.
Context:
Not all employees of a PUDO does not wish to install an App on their own phone and we need to provide a way to enable them to mark a parcel as delivered.
The feature is to extend the "web interface" of the parcel-delivery/parcel-sharing available to the end-user, so that the end-user can show the parcel QrCode that when scanned from the normal photocamera of the mobile phone (without app installed), and clicking on the link, will show the details of the parcel but providing also an button/option for the PUDO to mark it as "Delivered".
