Demo Segment Color w/ thresholding & zoom #396

Description of Objectives:

Left Control Panel with following:

Image Shape: Label display of image size and width
Processing time: Label for processImage() time
Zoom Factor: Label to display current zoom, linked with scroll wheel input
Threshold Slider: Slider for maximum threshold adjustment

Main window:

Mouse wheel functionality for zoom in and out
Left click selects a color, segments an image and displays
Left click again clears the selection to show the original image

Input Source:

Supports still images, videos, and webcam input
example images

Completion report

Left Control panel on a basic scale. Could look better in terms of presentation.
Main window supports zoom, click toggle and processing. Bug with on click sanitation, click sanitation is set to disabled at the current point.
Input support supports video and image, however segmentation in video modes is a bit buggy. Threshold changes apply to both. Webcam was not tested.

@MaxDoss3 look at the error and apply the fix it suggests. Then squash it back to 1 commit and we should be done. Thanks!
