GAE方式均无法访问
比如这个http://www.rfa.org/cantonese/news/nf_media-01142013092149.html?encod
ing=simplified

会显示
Forbidden

You don't have permission to access

改成單APPID就可以正常訪問.

这个用gae代理的确实不能访问的，要换非gae的代理。
