Fatal error trying to open any backend plugin page #5

Hi, I'm using Wordpress 3.9.2 on PHP 5.5 and Apache 2.4 on Windows 8.1 x64. After installing the plugin, I can't open any admin page because of these error:

I don't know what's going on, your plugin is rated good and I didn't expect this result

Sorry, it seems my Wordpress installation is broken. Your plugin works fine!
