add action and filter for custom polls statistics
- wp_polls_manager_enable_stats and wp_polls_manager_stats_file
Add template parameter %POLL_ALLOWEDVOTERS%
Motivation: For our application a restriction of polls for specific user roles is necessary.

I will leave this here. I am a bit hesitant to merge this since it is still unique to your use case. As it involves DB changes you will need an upgrade code to upgrade the existing userbase.

Thanks, for the fast reply. I could write an upgrade code, it is only one column in the questions table. However, if you do not see a usecase for some plugin users I would rather close the pull request.

I have not heard other users requesting for it so far =)
