add poll answer percentage to pollvote template #42

I need to show results during voting, so I just added %POLL_ANSWER_PERCENTAGE% variable support to Voting Form Body template. It would be great to support even %POLL_ANSWER_IMAGEWIDTH% variable, but that would require a little refactoring.
