Improved directions for translation #74

it wasn't clear where to put translation files

The master version no longer use PO/MO. It is using GlotPress now https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/wp-polls

Ok will take a look, as a couple of strings in Spanish could improve.
