Only sync on close when necessary #23

Enhancement:

It would be great if the sync that runs when you close Firefox only ran if
you had actually visited the forums. It's not a big deal, but I open and
close FF on my laptop with some frequency and it can be a little annoying
to have the sync pop up when it doesn't need to.
