Error when trying to install it on Portable Firefox #25

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. using the latest version of Portable Firefox
2. Trying to install the extension
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I get an error message "because: download error -228"

What version of the extension and browser are you using? On what operating
system?
Portable Firefox 2.0.0.2, and SALR 1.15.1917 on Windows XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
I am also using Adblock plus, Gmail Space, IE Tab, IE View, Image Zoom,
PDF Download, Tab Mix Plus, URL Fixer, and United States English Dictionary  
Extensions.
