Right click mouse gesture menu cannot be turned off #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Using SALR development builds.
2. Right clicking mouse and holding brings up menu
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An option to turn it off

What version of the extension and browser are you using? On what operating
system?
FF 1.5.0.6, SALR 1.15.1912 , Win XP SP2

Please provide any additional information below.
Not a major issue, just a tick box in the options to disable it would be
great-I already have a mouse gestures program, and this intereferes with it.

On the General section there is an option to turn off mouse gestures.
