Migrate faker-cli to Faker org as well as npm scope #12

Hello @lestoni

we as the Faker team would like to ask if you are interested to migrate your project to our https://github.com/faker-js org as well as npm @faker-js/cli

If you want to do this, it would also be very helpful if you join our faker discord: https://chat.fakerjs.dev/

If you don't want this at all, just say no and we will leave you alone, no pressure :slightly_smiling_face:

@lestoni I send you a team invite (check your mails) and created https://github.com/faker-js/cli for you You can do from there your full setup and migrate your project over

For npm access I need to forward to other team members, so be patient for that
