Mokka 0.4 crashes when opening c3d file created by Qualysis #20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Opening a c3d file created by Cortex works

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

I´m using win 7 32 bit

The crash is due to an error in the method used to compute the ground reaction 
wrenches 
(btk::ForcePlatformsExtractor::ExtractForcePlatformDataWithCalibrationMatrix).
