Ability to exclude transactions from income/expense statistics #265

User need to have the ability to exclude income/expense transactions from income/expense statistics, because sometimes you need to make a balance adjustment because you just lost funds, or got unrealized profit/loss and wanna see that in the balance, but not in the statistic. *Still, in the future we will track crypto and stock changes separately, so balance will be synced, but that's another epic.
