Fix Cypress parallelization in CI #277

This issue is to re-enable Cypress parallelization in CI by using one of the following workarounds – https://github.com/letehaha/budget-tracker-fe/pull/276. The best option is to change /etc/hosts file patching, since sudo usage is bad in any way.
