[x] (fix) exchange rate editing
[x] (feat) allow to add currency right from the account creation form
[x] (feat) ability to create an account right inside the Add/Edit Transaction form via modal (to not leave the form)
[x] (feat) get rid of custom modals impl and use shadcn/dialog instead
[x] (feat) filters on /transactions page
