Disable Refresh button if no Monobank transactions #34

On AccountDetails screen we have a "Refresh" button. It takes the latest Monobank transaction's date of creation and loads all new transactions from that date to now. In case we don't have any Monobank transactions yet, we need to disable this button, otherwise, we will have from: NaN.
