Metal Gear Solid. Freezes on first level. #75

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Wait until the elevator comes down.
2. Enter Elevator
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected is that the upper/outside area should load. what happens, Default 
GameCube disc load error message "An error has occurred. Turn the power off and 
refer to the Nintendo GameCube Instruction Booklet for further instructions."

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4b, 4.3U

Please provide any additional information below.
This is not the part where the disc swapping should occur. Its at the very 
beginning on disc 1.

Never mind. I solved it, If anyone was having this same problem here's how I 
fixed it. Took the original game ISO converted it to a GCM with GCUtility, then 
I ran it through DiscEX compressing it again, and now it all works except for 
some of the cut scenes.
