How did you test? Which type of connection? This setting is useable just for OpenVPN over TCP or proxy connection, not for OpenVPN in UDP mode.

I'm using proxy connection(TCP) mode (Now my OS is windows and I'm using lthnvpnc bundled in GUI release)

The problem is that lthnvpnc ignores it
