Support for haproxy version 2.1.2 #120

Trying to manually compile lthnvpnc on Arch Linux.

[ronny@desktop lethean-vpn]$ ./configure.sh --client
Incompatible version of haproxy! You need 1.6.x, 1.7.x or 1.8.x version for now.
HA-Proxy version 2.1.2 2019/12/21 - https://haproxy.org/
Status: stable branch - will stop receiving fixes around Q1 2021.
Known bugs: http://www.haproxy.org/bugs/bugs-2.1.2.html

Arch Linux seems to be on haproxy version 2.1.2 now. I know Arch Linux is not officially supported but I will try and see if it works.

I get this error despite that I am running haproxy 1.8
