Package old python i neat package #133

To install pip install . in setup.py directory. After install commands are available in path:

lthnvpnc
lthnvpnd
lvmgmt

Uninstall pip uninstall lethean-vpn souldn't leave any junk behind.

Config file templates are not yet packaged here. That's next.
