What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. In LTE network -> register
2. In NgnNetworkService > getLocalIP() -> rmnet0 : 223.48.168.225, rmnet1 :
10.28.244.252
3. rmnet0 : register failed.
forcefully set to rmnet1. registration success.
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
